Fitness Program

Our physical health has a tremendous influence on our mental health, and vice versa. Leaving physical health out of the equation is like leaving gas out of your car. You can get somewhere, but you have to push instead of ride along. By addressing our physical needs, our program helps us to ride our bodies to success.

Physical health is more than just fitness. Our program is run by an MD that is focused on fitness, but does the same level of assessment as our psychiatrist does in the mental component. We make sure that the program we design is both medically sound and effective.

The program covers all aspects of fitness: strength, flexibility, endurance, awareness, and the mind/body connection. Individually tailored to both the needs and interests of each person, even the personal coach is matched for compatibility.
