During the 2 day Mind Skills workshop you will be designing your daily, weekly and monthly Mind Skills routines as part of your Bipolar Advantage Life Plan. These are based on the workshop sessions and will enhance your everyday memory, creativity and stress management and promote an overall sense of greater well being.
Our coaching program is an essential part of your Mind Skills education. It is designed to integrate and establish the skills and insights you gain from the workshop into your daily life. Turning your good intentions into real and lasting change will also build your confidence.
Each session will be an opportunity to check in with your Mind Skills coach to assess your progress. By setting clear and elevating goals with your coach you will maximize your Bipolar Advantage.
As you practice your Mind Skills it is natural for issues, questions and concerns to come up. These are an important part of your new learning process. They are not so much blocks to your progress but rather real opportunities for breakthroughs. As they arise you will be noting them down in the Mind Skills section of your life planner. This will let your mind know that you have taken notice and that you will be addressing them at your next coaching session. In this way there will be less chance of them becoming revolving and obsessive thoughts.
