Peer Coaching
What better source for coaching than someone who has already been there? Our Peer Coaches have already begun to exhibit the ultimate goals in our Results section and can share with you their struggles and successes. They work closely with the entire Treatment Team to help you to stay on track and achieve your goals.
Our Peer Coaches know the frustrations and how difficult it is to stay on track, but also know the rewards of overcoming our hardships and creating a life worth striving for. They have first hand experience of the struggles we face, but more importantly, first hand experience of overcoming them. Peer Coaching is not a replacement for professional care, but combined with the other aspects of our program becomes an integral part of your success.
Our Peer Coaches are graduates of our program and have a thorough understanding of the principles and processes of the Advantage Program. In their Assessment Team role, they function as advocates as well as bringing an isight unavailable to those who have not personally been through our experiences.
