How To Avoid Missing E-mail From Us

E-mails from Bipolar Advantage may sometimes end up accidentally being sent to the spam folder in your email, even though you may have signed up to receive them. To avoid this you need to “whitelist” us. Whitelisting means that you will tell your e-mail service provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook etc.) that mail from bipolaradvantage.com is not spam. To do this add our email address to your “whitelist”. The process is slightly different for each different email program and service. Click on your e-mail provider in the chart below and follow the instructions to make sure you receive our e-mails in your inbox instead of your "spam" or "junk" folder. If you ever decide you no longer want email from us you can easily unsubscribe with the link at the bottom of every email we send.

Issues related to Outlook Whitelisting:

You have marked your sender as Safe sender, still the messages sent through her/him are moved to Junk folder.

This could happen because there are two Junk Mail filters involved. One being the Outlook Junk mail filter and other being the Server’s Junk Mail filter. So, even if a mail passes the Outlook filter, it might get caught in Server’s filter.

Thus to resolve such an issue you can create the same list even on the server if having problem with your Outlook Whitelist.

Whitelisting Email in Other Email Applications & Webmail Services

If you use a Web mail system or email application adding the “From” address to your “address book”, “safe list”, “whitelist” or “contact list” will usually work. Also, check your “spam”, “bulk” or “junk” folder. If the email is there look for a way to indicate that it is not spam. For example by selecting the email and clicking a button such as “Not Spam” or “Not Junk”.
