3. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Because our products include immediate access to digital content, all sales are considered final. However, we want every participant to be satisfied with their experience. If you encounter issues with your purchase or believe a refund is appropriate, please contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of your purchase so we can review your request.
In cases where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment. Subscription cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access until that date.
We reserve the right to update or adjust our refund and cancellation policy as needed to ensure fairness and clarity.
4. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Some Bipolar Advantage services, including access to the Bipolar IN Order Academy, may be offered through recurring subscriptions.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a regular basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your account settings or contacting us through our Contact page. Cancellation will stop future charges but does not retroactively refund payments that have already been processed.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing or terms. If pricing changes, we will notify active subscribers in advance and give the option to cancel before the new rate takes effect.
5. LIVE EVENTS AND WORKSHOPS
From time to time, Bipolar Advantage may offer live events, workshops, or online sessions. These events are intended for educational purposes only and do not replace professional medical care.
Event registrations are non-transferable unless we give written approval. Cancellations requested more than 7 days before an event may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward a future session, at our discretion.
We reserve the right to change event details, substitute speakers, or reschedule if necessary. If an event is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to apply your payment to a future event.
6. COMMUNITY STANDARDS AND CONDUCT
