The Bipolar IN Order core program is the main feature of our membership. It is offered 4 times a year and lasts for 8 weeks. During the 8 week period you get 8 individual courses.
In between the Bipolar IN Order quarterly sessions, you get advanced courses on various topics regarding bipolar. Some of which include: Creating Relationships That Work, Building Your Team, Meditation Techniques for Bipolar, Alternative Treatment Options, Working While Depressed, Sleep and many more.
All courses are available to complete at your own pace. And all of the material is available to you 24/7. All courses include written reading material, written exercises, supportive online forums and weekly online live sessions.
